Since this is not the first NYX product review on this blog, I have to admit that I have a crush on NYX products, I already own a lovely round lipstick collection, if you want to see swatches of those click here and here.
So, this time I'm reviewing these little babies :)) that I love love, NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams, I bought them myself from a makeup fair and these were the shades that caught my eyes, well they actually didn't have many colors in stock, so I picked these ones:
* Cairo - a pure nude color
*Antwerp - midtone yellow-toned pink
*Milan - midtone blue-toned pink
*San Paulo - plummy pink
* Amsterdam - pure red
How they describe them:
Neither lipstick nor lip gloss, this matte lip cream is a new kind of
lip color that goes on silky smooth and sets to a matte finish. Soft
Matte Lip Cream is surprisingly durable and, unlike some matte lipstick
formulas, also moisturizing.

Once I tried the first one, I was totally hooked! I will definitely order
more shades, because they're all you can want from a matte lipstick :
they're creamy, they glide on smooth like butter, they smell
deliciously, they have a great color payoff (except Cairo, that I had to
reapply, in order to build up the color beautifully on my lips, Cairo
is also the only one that showed every little flake I had on my lips,
but anyway I'm not going to apply it by itself).

My very favorite of them all it's Milan, yeah I know, I keep repeating
myself, I said that before a million times now :))), but this is the
color that flatter my complexion the best.

These Lip Creams are soft, buttery like,
creamy once applied and when they're dried turn into a matte velvety
finish, not sticky, what can I say, they're all you can dream of.
For
some of you might be a little drying, but if you have cracks or flaky
lips I recommend you to gently exfoliate and moisturize your lips before.
When
they're dried they still have such a soft, velvety finish and you feel
your lips like you have nothing on, it's not like you can't move your
lips :)))) and they last a few decent hours. I only reapply the lip cream once a day.
So, my final thought is that they really worth trying and they're an amazing deal for the price £6.50 on www.nyxcosmetics.co.uk and $6 in the US.

Lovely review and great pictures.My favorite of them all is Antwerp. I also got Istanbul and Amsterdam.
