Accordion Oven Baked Potatoes

Hello, hello!

I woke up this morning thinking about this recipe. I only think about baked potatoes and my mouth is watering... What can I do? I love potatoes in every way, but this is my favorite way to cook them and it's absolutely delicious! Believe me, you have to try it once!

It's also a great idea to serve on your Christmas festive dinner, among other dishes ;)

INGREDIENTS:

★ baking potatoes

★ butter

★ ham

★ mozzarella cheese

★ spring onion

★ parmigiano

★ garlic powder

★ olive oil

★ salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

★ Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius

★ Peel off and wash the potatoes, then slice them but not all the way down, the slices must look like an accordion

★ Stuff them with thin slices of butter and ham, parmigiano and sprinkle the garlic powder, salt and pepper

★ Place the potatoes on a baking sheet in a tray and drizzle over them some olive oil

★ Leave them to bake for 40-50 minutes, you can check the potatoes from time to time by easily piercing them with the tip of the knife

★ When they're done add some mozzarella cheese and chopped spring onion

★ You can top them with sour cream, sweet corn or whatever you like ;)
