Happy New Year my beautiful readers!

I hope you're all well and getting ready for the awesome party that celebrates the year to come. I wish you a new year filled with love, joy, happiness and special moments together with your beloved ones. May all you wishes come true!

I created a smokey glittery makeup for this festive occasion and I actually tried to get a video tutorial for this look, but my camera was running low battery and just got blocked for 20 minutes so it ruined my whole video... If you still want me to record a video for this look, just let me know and I'll have one.

I applied on my face Make Up For Ever HD Foundation, no. 120, MUFE loose powder to set it, contoured my eyebrows with Make Up For Ever Aqua Brow Waterproof Corrector no. 10 (Light Blonde). For cheek contouring and blushing I used Elf Contouring Blush and Bronzing Powder and on my lips I applied MAC Danger Lady lipstick. 

On my eyes I used a MUFE duochrome glitter applied over a black base and lined the upper and lower lash lines with Inglot Black eyeliner gel. On the lower lash line I smudged the liner and tapped over it a duochrome brown/green MUFE Star powder and feathered it as much as I could. I used Red Cherry 213 eyelashes to give a little more drama to the final look.

Hello girls!

They have a wide range of lipsticks from sheer to matte formula, from nude to bright colors. And with so many colors to choose from, I bought almost the most vivid ones, thinking of summer and this year trends.

The packaging is quite simple, but it looks good, the black ones are Flormar Long Wearing lipsticks and the white and gold one is from the Flormar Supershine range. The lipsticks do not have a particular smell to them and that's good for those who can't stand smelly lipsticks ;) , and I also was impressed by their good  color payoff. They're really pigmented and creamy and these shades are awesome, I needed something that bright and bold for this summer season, they cover the lips perfectly, so what's in the tube it will be the same on your lips. You can see in the swatches below their awesome coverage, so for such an affordable price (4€) I really recommend these lipsticks in your kit.

Flormar Long Wearing Lipsticks, with a classic black packaging, they're creamy and pigmented and cover the lips perfectly with a rich colourful layer. The lips look voluptous due to the subtle shine they offer. I own shades L05 (the bright fuchsia from the left to the right of the image), L14 ( the bright orange color), L19 ( the lavender color).

Hello my dear Followers!

I have to say I'm soooo excited because my new makeup look, a 60's inspired look, that Makeupbee posted on their Facebook page, reached over 500 likes and over 130 shares in just one day. Isn't that cool?

 And this is the full sized image. The most popular question about this look was regarding the lipstick, so if you were wondering, I used Make Up For Ever Rouge Artist Intense No.36  and on top of it I applied a touch of clear lip gloss. On my lids I applied a gorgeous LIT glitter in 'Champagne Wishes' over a white base.

I had to share it with you, because I'm soo happy. Hope you enjoyed the look. And thank you guys for supporting my work, thank you for your likes and shares, it really means a lot to me.

Hello Sunshine!

It's spring again! That makes me so happy and full of life, makes me wanna go out with my friends, have fun and loooong walks with my hubby and my honey bunny doggie and enjoy every day of this sunny and warm spring...Well this is not a post about how I worship spring, ha ha, but a quick post about my outfit I wore today on a fashion and vintage fair and of course the paired makeup. I'm really sorry I don't have any closeup pics with makeup or outfit details, hope you can figure it out.

I don't wanna go wrong but the necklace is either Topshop or River Island, top and jeans from Zara, Bershka blazer, no name bag, no name ring (very similar to the Accesorize flower rings), Mint Green Barry M nail polish.

Hello Sweeties!

Actually this is my New Year's Eve makeup look, I know it's kinda late to show it to you, but better later than never.

I was really sad about the curls that lasted an hour or so, but despite this I had a really good time with my hubby, my sis and our friends.

I didn't want a dark or smokey eyes makeup, but a colorful and sparkly one to enlighten my face and as a superstition, to enlighten my whole year to come. I'll tell you a secret... It was the first time in a long time, when I felt that this year is going to be very important to me. :)

Hello Sweeties!

YSL  Rouge Volupté Lipsticks are some kind of STARS! And no wonder, because they're like little jewels, literally, that every woman should have in their purses. The luxuriant and elegant golden case is what makes your eyes roll and not to forget the gorgeous range of colors. It also has a mirror on top of the case, so it's very practical too.

Lately I purchased 2 YSL Rouge Volupté Lipsticks in 'Sweet Honey' (No. 4) and 'Orange Shiver' (No. 14) and 1 YSL Rouge Volupté Perle in 'Mesmerizing Purple' (No. 106) which is from the Fall Collection 2011.

As far as I could see all Rouge Volupté Lipsticks have a peachy/ watermelon/ rosey scent, I can't really define this scent, and a sweet taste.

The original lipsticks (Rouge Volupté) have a very creamy, almost buttery texture, they're moisturizing and apply on smoothly, have a good pigmentation, they have a decent lasting power on lips, the bold colors last longer than the nude ones.

The range of colors is beautiful, from nude colors to bold ones, they don't have shimmer/ glitter.

Anyway, I'm happy with these 2 lippies and I would try another shades too. When I use them my lips look fuller and plumper.

The Perle Collection is different from the original one, they're glossy and shiny with multicoloured shimmer. 'Mesmerizing Purple' it's a shade that caught my eyes at first , it looks cool - a very dark purple with red and violet shimmer, but this lipstick it's really hard to apply on. It stains, it's watery, it doesn't stay in place and it accentuates the lines on my lips, it's like all the colour it's diving in these wrinkles.

I don't know about the other shades how they look like on lips, but I wouldn't buy this again, although the color is still pretty.

I want to share with you a holiday or better said a Christmas makeup look and I hope it will be useful to you.
I used Christmas colors such as green, red, gold and some fine glitter.

I apllied MAC Teal Pigment to the outer and inner corner of the eyes, then to give a little depth I applied a black eyeshadow, I accentuated more the outer corner and dusted just a little black to the inner corner
Above the crease I blended MAC Passionate Eyeshadow
I highlighted the browbone with MAC Nylon Eyeshadow
MAC Blacktrack Fluidline along the upper lashes
I patted some fine glitter all over the lid - MAC Reflects Antique Gold Glitter Brillants
MUFE Khol Pencil 1K used on the waterline and also along the lower lashes, then I blended the black with MUFE Star Powder 955 (it's a gorgeous maroon with blue-green highlights)
MUFE Smoky Lash mascara
Gypsy False Lashes 96 Black
